Any controversy regarding the interpretation and/or execution of the present contract will be regulated under Italian law and the court of Arezzo will be exclusively in charge.

The exact amount of the Shipping costs can be calculated only after one of our operators verifies of the actual availability in stock of the items ordered.
The availability shown in the catalogue, although frequently updated, cannot be guaranteed and it is necessary that one of our operators verifies it personally. In case of the unavailability of some selected items, we will contact you immediately to ask whether to replace them or proceed with the order confirmation without the sold-out items. The verification is fast and only after this necessary procedure, performed to provide a quality service, it will be possible to calculate the exact amount of shipping costs. This cost will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the final destination of the goods following the costs in the chart below.

In case of INSURED SHIPMENT (OPTIONAL)* there is an additional charge from €1.50 to €750.00 before taxes. Over €750.00 the additional cost will be 0.2% on the final cost of sale.

The shipping costs for destinations outside of Italy (EU territories / non-EU territories / Transatlantic shipments) vary based on the Country of destination and size/weight of the products ordered.
